ENTERPRISE ZONE—REAL PROPERTY TAX REBATE
Property tax rebates may be available to owners of qualified businesses operating in designated enterprise zones if authorized by council resolution; claims must be filed in the following tax year and apply only to property the business owns and uses within the zone.
