Exemption—Qualifying agricultural improvements for dedicated vacant agricultural lands
Qualifying improvements made to dedicated vacant agricultural land—such as irrigation, drainage, roads, soil conservation, fire protection, or animal‑control measures costing at least $10,000—may qualify for an exemption from property taxes for seven years, with the exemption applying only to the increase in property value created by those improvements.
