Exemption—Credit union
Real property owned or long‑term leased by a federal or state credit union may qualify for an exemption from real property taxes exceeding $1,000, provided it is actually and exclusively used for credit union purposes. Any portion of the property used for commercial or income‑producing activities is taxable, but the remaining qualifying portion may be exempt.
